01. How Do I Purchase Tickets?

Tickets are available online and in-person or by phone during ticket office hours.

02. When Do Tickets Go On Sale?

Tickets for the entire season go on sale August 1st. Season ticket holders receive early access.

03. Can I Buy Tickets At The Door On The Day Of The Event?​

Tickets are generally available at the door, but we do sell out from time to time. To ensure seating, we encourage you to purchase tickets in advance.

04. When Do The Doors Open For A Show?​​

The doors to the building and the ticket office will open one hour prior to curtain. The doors to the theater will open approximately 30 minutes prior to curtain.

05. Where Can I Park?​​​

We have a large parking lot onsite that is complimentary for patrons. Street parking is also available, but be sure not to block a driveway.

06. What do I do if I lost my tickets?

Please visit the ticket office to have your tickets reprinted. To reprint your tickets online, click here.

07. Is seating reserved?

All performances on the Mainstage are reserved seating. Oakley Stage performances are general admission, with seating on a first-come, first-served basis.

08. Can I exchange or refund my tickets?

We’re happy to exchange tickets for a different performance of the same production up to 12 hours prior to curtain for the ticketed performance. Exchanges outside that window are not guaranteed. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds except in the case of a cancelled performance.

09. Do you offer group rates?

Yes! We offer a 15% discount on any order of 10 or more adult tickets for any Mainstage Series performance. Visit the Ticket Information page for additional details.

10. What happens if I arrive late?

If you are running late, please call the ticket office to have your tickets held. Late arrivals will be seated at an appropriate break in the performance at the discretion of the head usher. Late seating is not permitted for Oakley Stage performances.
