Community Theatre of Terre Haute Ticketing Policy

Ticket prices include tax. Payment is required to secure tickets. Telephone reservations will require a valid credit card number (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Debit cards.). Your card will be charged for the amount of the ticket and any applicable handling fees at that time.
Ticket Exchanges
Ticket holders are welcome to exchange tickets up to 12 hours prior to performance free of charge. Exchanges are subject to seat and performance availability. In the event that an exchange is unable to be made, and the ticket holder cannot attend the show, Community Theatre cannot refund tickets.
Ticket Refunds
There are no refunds, except in the case of a canceled performance. In that instance, we will attempt to accommodate all ticket holders with an alternative date or full refund. The final decision on ticket refunds is at the discretion of the Community Theatre of Terre Haute.
Ticket Resale / Sold Out Performance Policy
From time to time, we experience sold-out performances. In these circumstances, we try to allow as many people to see the show as possible. If a ticket holder purchases tickets but does not arrive by curtain time of the show, tickets will be resold to patrons on our waiting list. After this point, your tickets can no longer be guaranteed. You will have the option to change your attendance date if circumstances allow and seating is available.
If Community Theatre is holding your ticket at the box office and you are going to be later than curtain time, please call the box office to instruct us to HOLD your ticket. If we have not received such a call, Community Theatre reserves the right to resell your ticket at the announced curtain time.
If your ticket is resold, you may consider the cost of that ticket a tax-deductible contribution.
Performances begin at the advertised curtain time. Patrons arriving late will be seated at the next appropriate break and may be seated in a location other than their assigned seat. There is no late seating for Oakley Stage productions.
We appreciate your help and cooperation
